With more enquiries coming in and my days fully booked, I found myself trying to do everything at once- .I felt terrible when messages were delayed or unclear, and that’s not the experience I want for you.
So I’ve made a change.
I’ve brought in a receptionist and I’m working on improving my customer experience, so everything feels clearer and more supportive from the start.
