Alexa came in with over-bleached, fragile hair from a previous salon. In our first consultation, we took extra time to understand her dream look—something soft, elegant, and easy to grow out. I explained upfront that it would take 2–3 sessions to get there safely, without damaging her hair further. But I promised that each stage would still look amazing—and that’s exactly what we achieved.
Across three sessions, we created a soft sombre blend (base colour + balayage) with a layered cut that enhanced her natural loose waves. Now, months later, her hair has grown out beautifully—showing off that seamless blend and healthy shine.
